The hotel had its strengths and weaknesses. Staff service was excellent, especially the kitchen staff who accommodated an early morning request. However, the sad condition of the orchid near the landing was a downside. The location was ideal for various purposes, particularly its proximity to the train station. The dining experience was lovely with good quality food, and the facilities were up to expectations.
